• Complete electrical installation for 85 individual apartments.
• Electrical services in the communal areas on the ground floor including laundry room, kitchen, and offices.

• Site lighting and feature lighting in the courtyard area.
• Separate ESB sub-station.

Electrical Installation of the Performance Room in Tyndall College Carlow.

EGM installed suspended lighting rig from the steel work of the building. Special effects lighting wired and fitted to the lighting grid. All lighting wired back to dimming system with lighting controls desk.

12th April 2019 – EGM Awarded contract for new Fire Alarm Installation in two live buildings occupied by Google in East Point Business Park. All works out of hours keeping existing fire alarm fully operational. Estimated time of project is 20 weeks.

31st June 2019 – first Building on Google project completed, certified and handed over on time. Second block has commenced with same time scale expected.

26^th July 2019 – second building on Google project completed, certified and handed over. 

Google project finalised ahead of agreed schedule.
